The Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN) has unveiled the e-Ansuran service, which permits taxpayers to request online instalment plans for unpaid or overdue taxes through the MyTax portal. This service became available on 5 March 2025, with the goal of streamlining the instalment application process by allowing automatic approval without the need for supporting documents.

To use this service simply log in to the MyTax portal, and select the relevant role — whether as an individual, director, or representative director. However, any cancellations of e-Ansuran applications must be made in person at an LHDN office.

To qualify for e-Ansuran, the minimum application amount must exceed RM300. The number of instalments allowed ranges from 2-6. The service applies exclusively to income tax instalments, including any applicable increases. Ongoing instalment plans that are already in effect are not eligible for modification through e-Ansuran.

For further inquiries, contact the Hasil Contact Centre (HCC) via phone, use the HASiL Live Chat service, or submit a feedback form through the official LHDN website.
