- Copy of you MyKad(front and back)
- Latest 3 months' salary slips or commission statement
- Latest 6 months' bank statement

Apply for the AmBank Visa Signature by filling up our online application form! In just two steps, you could already send in your application which shouldn’t take too long. The monthly income requirement would be at least RM6,667 and above. As for the age, you have to be at least 21 years old and above. If you want to apply for the supplementary card, you could have to be at least 18 years old and above.
The AmBank Visa Signature is definitely a great credit card as there won’t be any annual fees at all! As long as you own this credit card, you won’t be charged an annual fee without any minimum requirements. As for the first 3 supplementary cards, they will be free as well. However, for the 4th supplementary card and the rest after that, there will be an annual fee of RM188.
For the finance charges, if you make your payments on time for 12 months straight, it will only be 15% annually. As for payments made 10 months straight out of 12 months, it will be 17% annually. If you don’t fulfill any of these, then it will be 18% annually. Do take note there will also be a late payment charge which is 1% of the total overdue balance or RM10.
