- Latest 3 month's salary slips OR
- Latest EPF statement
- Personal bank statement showing salary credited (at least 6 months)
- Latest income tax return with LHDN receipt
Self-Employed
- Photocopy of NRIC (both sides)
- Form 9, 24 & 49 OR
- Business Registration Certificate
- Latest income tax return with LHDN receipt
- Latest 6 months company bank statements (showing business turnover)
