This is an online survey organized by Compargo Malaysia Sdn Bhd (1050769-U) for CompareHero.my.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU PARTICIPATE IN THIS SURVEY AS THEY CONTAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDING DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF OUR LIABILITIES. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SURVEY, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN ITS ENTIRETY.
Eligibility
This survey is open to all individuals residing in Malaysia aged 18 and above who are car owners.
Participation
Participation in this survey is on a voluntary basis. The answers are expected to be true and based on the participants’ own experiences and opinions. Each participant is responsible for making sure that his or her answers/ comments are not offensive and in compliance CompareHero.my’s Terms and Conditions.
Reward for Participation
First 200 participants of this survey who meet the eligibility clause above and complete all the survey questions, including the contact details will be rewarded with a RM10 Lazada eVoucher. The Lazada eVoucher will be delivered in the form of a unique code via email address provided by the participant after the end of the survey period which will not be later than 30th June 2019 and the participant shall ensure that he/she has provided a valid/correct email address to receive the Lazada eVoucher code.
CompareHero.my is not in any way endorsing, sanctioning, approving or supporting the use of Lazada or any brand or merchandise sold thereon. Any query and/or dispute on the usage of the eVouchers must be directed to, and resolved directly with Lazada. The validity of the eVouchers is for a period of six (6) months from the date of receiving the unique code from CompareHero.my.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Use of this survey, website and participation are at the participants’ own risk and participants are solely responsible for all direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting there from. Participants are strongly encouraged to seek verification and/or independent advice on any information contained in this survey.
Participants shall be solely responsible for all costs and related expenses related to the redemption of the Lazada eVoucher. CompareHero.my shall not be held responsible for any liability, mishap, loss, damage, claim or accident (including death) in any manner whatsoever suffered by the participants as a result of his/her participation in the survey and/or usage of the Lazada eVoucher .
Privacy
The answers/ comments given by the participants belong to CompareHero.my absolutely. Participants’ personal data will not be shared with any third party at any time as set out in CompareHero.my’s Privacy Policy. The completed answers/ comments and personal data shared by participants in this survey will be used together with other existing data for analysis, research, marketing, and / or publishing activities to enhance/improve the quality of CompareHero.my’s products, services and/or marketing programmes for the benefit of its subscribers/readers/customers. The information collected will be processed in anonymity in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. CompareHero.my may contact the participants in future to invite them to participate in future research projects, marketing and / or publicity activities.
Amendments
CompareHero.my reserves the right to amend this Survey Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Amended terms will be uploaded onto CompareHero.my and participants are encouraged to visit this page from time to time to view any amendments.
